Prototype colour formations

Article text
I've been working on formulating new structures surrounding colour blind eye tests, and using the same type of aesthetic to emphasise the void elements of the drawings. I'm still fascinated by what informs what; is it the colour that creates the forms or is it the areas of no colour (voids) that construct them. What is more important in the ratio of colour to shadow to void. Currently I'm drawn to art that incorporates glitches or the mistakes that are left on purpose (drips, glitches, internet page errors, distorted TV signals) and how this alludes to the manmade rather than the robotic production. In turn by looking at the faults in our sight and it's duality with optical art I feel this could highlight new aspects in my work.
